What is a DC AC Inverter ?

The DC AC inverter is an electronic device that converts direct current (DC), typically at 12V or 24V and usually supplied by a battery or solar panels, into alternating current (AC) at 220V (for example).

There are different types of inverters based on their use, such as inverters for motors that allow varying the output VAC parameters (amplitude and frequency) to change their performance, or photovoltaic inverters that are optimized to interface and feed energy into the electrical grid.

There are also standalone inverters, for cars and for automation by COTEK, Meanwell, and Alcapower that allow you to have a standard voltage, for example, 220 VAC (for Italy), where there is no normal electrical line, starting from a simple 12V battery.

The most requested types are the 12V 220V Inverters for Campers or for unconnected (OFF GRID) photovoltaic systems.
