GlacialPower announces the new constant current driver for LED series GP-CCP008N with IP67 rating.

September 17, 2020 - GlacialPower, a leading company in LED technology production, announces the new constant current driver for LED series GP-CCP008N.

The new series GP-CCP008N features universal AC input between 90 and 264 VAC, has a standby power consumption of less than 0.5 watts, and a setup time of less than 0.5 seconds at 230 VAC.

The GP-CCP008N series also includes protections for overcurrent (OCP) and short circuit (SCP) to ensure a long lifespan and has an energy efficiency of up to 80%.

The GP-CCP008N series is fully compliant with ErP (EU) 2019/2020 regulations to reduce the product's environmental impact.

It is also built with a waterproof and dustproof plastic enclosure with IP67 protection rating, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It has a very low inrush current, equal to 7A, and provides a wide voltage range (Vf) from 2V to 48V with currents from 150mA to 680mA essential to cover most market demands and is particularly ideal for powering the new COB LEDs with voltages up to 36V.
