Medical Power Supply Fortron Source - 2021

FSP Group will launch, during the China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) Spring 2021 which will take place from May 13 to May 20, 2021, a series of power supplies that can be used in the medical sector for medical imaging, smart healthcare, and remote medical assistance.

Protek Power by FSP Group specializes in the design and production of medical power supplies available in different power ratings and models.

In 2020, Protek Power launched the new PM500F series, available in three versions:

• Version A (PCB type)
• Version B (U-bracket)
• Version C (including built-in fan)

The output power of the PM500F series ranges from 350 to 400 W with convection cooling, and from 450 to 500 W under 30 CFM air conditioning depending on the specific model.

The PM500 models are designed to be used in medium to large medical devices such as operating tables, medical beds, and X-ray machines.

The PM500F series (Class II) and the PM500 series (Class I, already launched in 2019) comply with medical safety regulations and meet the BF (Body Floating) isolation level.

The main features of the PM500F and PM500 series are:

• Output voltages from 12V to 48V 10-year warranty
• PM500F is for Class II applications
• PM500 is for Class I applications
• Both PM500F and PM500 meet the BF isolation level
• Operation up to 5000 meters altitude
• PM500F input voltage is 80-264 VAC
• Current Leakage less than 100 μA
• Passed Level B anti-radiation interference EN55011
