The first 200W Mean Well LED power supply "Data Secure on KNX" - 2021

Thanks to the continuous growth in demand for lighting products with intrinsic cybersecurity, Mean Well presents the new LED power supply "Data Secure on KNX" of 200W, PWM-200KN series.

The PWM-200KN series is a constant voltage driver with PWM-style output, capable of adjusting both the color temperature and brightness intensity when using LED strips.

The main features of the PWM-200KN series are:

• Safety certification EN61347/GB19510 and UL8750 is used in all regions.
• It has an integrated KNX interface with Data Secure function, thus avoiding the use of the KNX-DALI gateway
• KNX Data Secure signs and encrypts communication packets on the KNX Twisted Pair bus line, thanks to AES128 CCM and ISO 18033-3 encryption standards, it can prevent attacks on building lighting infrastructure and achieve the highest level of data protection.
• It has an operating range of 100~305VAC, offering 4 models with output voltage: 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V.
• With high efficiency up to 94%, fanless design, the entire series operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.
• The minimum dimming level of 0.01% is suitable for low light level applications (e.g., cinema).
• The output frequency is adjustable up to 4K Hz and compliant with IEEE 1789-2015 standards, with no flicker risk requirements, providing an excellent solution for light flicker issues.
