Mornsun has launched the new isolated bus transceiver, with SOIC package, also called R5 Bus IC.

The advantages are:

1) High-performance integrated power solution

The R5 bus integrated circuit integrates power and digital isolation in the circuit design, achieving power and signal isolation.

For example, in the TDA51SCANHC and TDA51S-41HC series, only a 5V voltage input is required and up to 110 nodes of CAN bus signal transmission per nanosecond can be achieved at a frequency of 1 M.

2) High reliability design, with isolation voltage up to 5000 Vrms

The R5 bus integrated circuits are designed according to industry standards, taking TDA51SCANHC and TDA51S-41HC products as examples:

• Comply with ISO11898-2 standard
• According to UL1577 standard requirements, the isolation voltage is up to 5000 Vrms and CMTI is up to 150 kV/us.
• Equipped with short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, providing a highly reliable solution.

3) Integrated design for high-end applications

The product is in SOIC-16-WB package, with dimensions 10.3 mm x 7.5 mm x 2.5 mm and weighs only 0.4 g.
