According to the IEC 62386-209 (DT8) standard defined by the DALI Association, digital controls, such as those for Mean Well LCM-40TW LED drivers, can manage lighting to adapt to various environments.
The result obtained is therefore more pleasing to the eye and allows for high adaptability to different situations, gaining efficiency and performance.
Mean Well has just launched its new LCM-40TW LED drivers in line with DT8 applications. The entire series offers two outputs for two sets of LEDs at different color temperatures, which can be set and adjusted with multi-stage currents ranging from 500 to 1500 mA.
The driver can be adjusted to meet the different requirements of LED modules. Additionally, in case the user does not activate the DALI bus, the DALI interface can be used with a Push-dim button to adjust the color temperature, thus meeting every need.
The LCM-40TW series is mainly used in dynamic applications. This allows for the adjustment of color temperature through the two output channels. The maximum power consumption of the two outputs does not exceed 40W. An alternative can be adjustment via dip-switches.
- DALI driver with two outputs (1xDT6, 2xDT6 or 1xDT8)
- Output current in 6 segments (500-1500 mA) adjustable via dip-switches
- Plastic case type II without FG
- Active PFC and <0.5W no-load consumption
- No flicker and minimum dimming level at 0
