Mean Well, a world leader in the field of power supplies, to meet the latest needs of the sector regarding high-power industrial applications (such as high-voltage charging systems or centralized bus power supply), has recently launched the new series SHP-10K, three-phase power supplies with three fully digital connections, offering 97% efficiency, and parallelable in output up to 10KW.
The series offers four models with output at 55V, 115V, 230V, and 380V, thus covering various needs, such as industrial automation, energy storage systems, 5G communication, centralized bus power supply, and many others.
Furthermore, thanks to a completely digital design, the output voltage and current are programmable via CANBus, PMBus, or MODBus. The series also offers a wide range of monitoring signals, such as overtemperature alarm, DC-OK, ventilation error, AC fail alarm, allowing for quick user control.
In addition, considering the multiple installations in challenging environments, the models can operate in a temperature range between -30°C and 50°C at full load. The SHP-10K series also offers the option to choose between two cooling options, through integrated fan or liquid, thus being able to opt for the most suitable model for the application.
In addition to the aforementioned features, the SHP-10K is compliant with the latest version of EN/UL62368-1 for safety standards. It also features an ultra-compact design (<2U) and can be installed in 19-inch racks, making it the best choice for a wide range of uses.
Furthermore, the Mean Well high-voltage (HVDC) series includes both three-phase and single-phase inputs.
