New Desktop Power Supplies Phihong AA90U: 90W and DoE Level VII

The standard AA90U series is designed for global use, with an operating input voltage range from 90 to 264VAC. All models are equipped with an integrated IEC 60320 C14 input and are packaged in a splash-resistant housing measuring 5.57” x 2.46” x 1.30” (approximately 14.15 cm x 6.25 cm x 3.3 cm).

The output cables of the AA90U family range from 1000mm to 1500mm and are equipped with a 2.1mm x 5.5mm x 9.5mm output connector.

Phihong guarantees that the AA90U series exceeds the requirements proposed by the DoE Level VII and the energy efficiency standards of version 5 Tier 2 of the EU Code of Conduct, which will soon become mandatory.

Designed for networking, consumer, and industrial equipment applications, the Class I AA90U series reliably operates up to an altitude of 5,000 meters and in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +70°C (with derating above +40°C). All adapters comply with FCC, CAN ICES-003, and EN55032 Class B regulations for emissions and feature protections against short circuits, overcurrents, overvoltages, and overheating. They also have UL, CE, and UKCA compliance certifications according to the 62368-1 Edition 3 standard.
