Coronavirus - impacts on transportation and logistics

As known, the Coronavirus epidemic that has spread in China in recent weeks has required, due to its severity, exceptional safety measures aimed at limiting the spread of the virus as much as possible.
In particular, the Chinese authorities have quarantined numerous cities and imposed severe restrictions on people's movements within the country. Furthermore, it has been decided to extend the traditional Chinese New Year holidays, which started on January 25th this year: in several cities, all offices will remain closed until February 9th.
Finally, some airlines including British Airways, Lufthansa, SwissAir, Austrian, and Iberia have suspended air connections to China as a precautionary measure.
The situation is clearly evolving and does not yet have a precise framework, but delays in material deliveries are definitely expected.
We will make sure to keep you updated to manage any supply chain issues that may arise.
