I am a company, where can I enter billing information?

Billing data is managed as 'addresses' and are not requested during site registration.

To enter them, you can proceed to checkout and select the option 'The billing address differs from the delivery address'.

By doing so, you will be able to enter details such as company name, VAT number, PEC or unique code.


PayPal, my payment is pending.

Don't worry, the payment has been successfully received by us, even if PayPal indicates it as pending.

The transaction will be automatically collected and 'unlocked' once the goods are shipped.

Returns and Refunds
When and how will I receive my refund?

If you have made a return, the refund will be issued within 10 working days of our receipt of your return.
Shipping costs and discount vouchers used will not be refunded.
You will receive your refund directly to the payment method you used when ordering (Credit Card, Bank Transfer).


How do I make a return?

You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your order if you purchased as a private customer.
You can submit a return request by contacting us via email or through the contact forms, or from the My Orders page.

Once you have received our authorization for the return and the related case number, you can proceed with the shipment of the material.
The choice of carrier and the related costs are your responsibility.

Where is my order located?

You can view the status of your order, the estimated delivery date, and the tracking number in the details of each order on the page My Orders.
You will also receive an update via email every time your order changes status and when it is shipped.
If your order shows the status "Shipped - Completed", you will also find the tracking link. Don't worry if the shipping number is not immediately available, it will become active within two working days.

Please note that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no phone contact.


Which courier do you use for shipments?

All our shipments are traceable and sent with TNT Express.
In some situations we also ship with BRT and GLS.


Is it possible to change the shipping address?

During the order phase it is possible to select a shipping address in case it differs from the billing address.

If you have already placed an order and want to change the delivery address, contact us.

The times vary depending on the availability and type of product.

Do I need to register to place an order?

To place an order, you need to be registered or log in as a guest.

Registration is only for providing us with your billing and shipping information, no further data will be requested.

If you already have an account on AlimentatoriShop.com, you just need tolog inusing the email address and password you chose during registration.

If you forgot your password, you can recover it by clicking onForgot your password?.

Instead, you can create an account during the ordering process or log in as a guest by filling in your email address, name, phone number, and billing and shipping information.


How to place an order?

Concluding an order is simple and fast, just follow a few simple steps.

  1. Once you have identified the product, specify the quantity you want to purchase and click on "Add to cart".
  2. Once you have selected all the desired products, click on "checkout".
  3. Fill in all the necessary fields for billing and shipping.
  4. Select the payment method you prefer.
  5. Click on the "Order with payment obligation" button to be redirected to the chosen payment page.

Once the payment is completed, you will see a summary page of your order.

How do I delete an article or an order?

You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by contacting us.

Modifying the addresses from this page will not change the address of the orders already placed, but only for future ones.
