How do they work?
When a network interruption occurs, the load continues to be powered by the battery in backup mode. It is also possible to turn on the device from the battery without a network. The "Battery Care" algorithm performs fast and automatic charging, continuous optimization of battery charging, recovery of flat batteries, and real-time diagnosis during installation and operation.
Temperature compensation is possible by connecting the temperature sensor probe while the real-time auto-diagnosis system monitors battery failures such as sulfated battery, short-circuited cells, accidental connection or disconnection of the reverse polarity of the battery.
Each fault is indicated by a flashing Diagnosis LED code or via Modbus to be easily detected and removed during installation and after-sales.
Continuous monitoring of battery efficiency reduces the risk of damage to the battery and allows safe operation in permanent connection.
Predefined curves can be selected on the front panel to optimize the charging of different types of batteries: Open Acid Lead, AGM and Gel Acid Lead; Ni-Cd, Li-Ion can be recharged using the same device.
The charging curves can be customized via Modbus.
Output contacts are also used to indicate both backup and fault conditions.
There is also available a sturdy housing with bracket for DIN rail or wall mounting.
Also available is the electronic safety fuse.
The MRF102 provides reliable protection for all system components against overloads and short circuits. An alarm indicator will immediately alert the user of any anomalies. The other loads will remain operational, ensuring continuous system operation.
Each channel can be easily adjusted without the need for additional tools, thanks to a single control button. In addition, the integrated electronic lock prevents accidental changes to current values, ensuring a stable and safe configuration.
The MRF102 protects system components against overloads and short circuits. Users are instantly informed of such events via an alarm signal. Other loads remain operational, keeping the system functioning.
With a width of only 20 mm, the MRF102 offers significant space savings on the panel. By connecting two units in parallel, it remains one of the most compact solutions available on the market.
DIN Rail Mounting
Our compact chargers are designed for quick and safe installation on a DIN rail, making them ideal for integration in domestic electrical panels. To mount the device on a DIN rail, proceed as follows:
- Preparation: Ensure that the DIN rail is securely fixed inside the electrical panel and complies with EN 60715 standards.
- Positioning the Charger: Align the charger's rear mounting clips with the top edge of the DIN rail.
- Hooking: Apply slight pressure to the top of the device to securely hook the clips to the rail. Make sure the device is well fixed and stable.
- Electrical Connections: With the device correctly mounted, make the electrical connections according to the diagram provided in the technical manual. Be sure to respect the polarity and specified voltage values.
- Verification: Check that all connections are correct and that the device is stable on the DIN rail before powering it up.
