RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing the right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expenses incurred.
Alimentatorishop.com guarantees the right of withdrawal, that is, to return the item to the seller without having to provide any justification, within 30 calendar days from delivery for "private" consumers.
If instead you are a professional buyer, the right of withdrawal is not provided for by current legislation.
However, Alimentatorishop may accept the return (total or partial) for some high-rotation items (at the discretion of the management) provided that it is agreed before purchase; once purchased, you will have 30 days to submit the request.
Exclusions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to any product purchased on our shop with the exception of:
- Sealed items that have been opened after delivery or if the warranty seal has been tampered with.
- Products that show visible signs of use, scratches, dirt, dents, or folds that prevent them from being resold as "new products".
- Damaged items with original packaging and/or damaged or missing accessories. In this regard, we suggest returning the item in a box that prevents damage to the original manufacturer's packaging. The returned product must arrive in "like new" condition and with its original packaging in perfect condition.
- The returned product will be checked and functionally tested to verify its suitability for return.
To exercise the right of withdrawal
You will need to send a request by email to the addressinfo@alimentatorishop.comwithin 30 days of receiving the purchased products if you have purchased as a private user.
If you are a professional buyer, the right of withdrawal is not provided for by current legislation.
Alimentatorishop can still accept returns for some high-rotation items as long as it is agreed upon before purchase; once purchased, you will have 30 days to submit the request.
Before proceeding with the return of the material, it will be necessary to wait for authorization from our staff, who will assign an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to the request.

The choice of shipping method, carrier, and their respective costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, who will be responsible for and owner of the material until it reaches and is accepted at our headquarters.
Material returned without any reference and without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return of warranty products
In case the material is returned due to malfunction, damage during transport, or failure not attributable to incorrect or improper use of the product, its incorrect installation, or use not in accordance with the instructions within the terms of the legal warranty of 24 months for private users and 12 months for professionals, the material will be repaired or replaced with an identical product or with equal characteristics at no cost to the customer, including shipping costs.
Refund in case of withdrawal
If you purchase as a "consumer" and withdraw within 30 days of delivery, you will be fully refunded the amount paid net of transportation costs incurred.
For professional buyers, the refund will only be possible through credit, issued in the form of a voucher or discount coupon, usable on Alimentatorishop.com within 1 year from the date of issue, even partially, until its total depletion.
It will not be possible to return the material after the 30-day calendar deadline, or if you purchase as a "professional".
If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same (see Items excluded from the right of withdrawal), we reserve the right not to accept the returned product or in some cases to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
Please note that in case of withdrawal, the costs for returning the item (e.g. shipping and packaging) are borne by the customer who is also responsible for the proper return of the material.
Refund timing
The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal has been exercised, is made within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication.
The seller may withhold the refund until the item is received and its condition has been checked.
