General conditions of sale
Subject of the contract
These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, made remotely via telematic network, from "Power-Supply.it srl" with registered office and operational headquarters in via Brianza, 1 - 20835 Muggiò MB, VAT number 0250930962 and owner of the "Alimentatorishop" Store.
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and, with regard to the protection of privacy, will be subject to the legislation of Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The contract entered into between Power-Supply.it srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Power-Supply.it srl.
Such acceptance is deemed tacit. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions and payment conditions set out below.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity), once the purchase procedure is completed, he/she will proceed to print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general sales conditions, in compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling and, with regard to the protection of privacy, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
The Customer can only purchase products available in the Alimentatorishop catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in their respective information sheets. It is understood that the accompanying image of a product's descriptive sheet may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color, size, and accessories shown in the picture. All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic informational material, not referring to the actual characteristics of an individual product.
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating a VAT number reference in the order form to Power-Supply.it srl), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, subject to what is indicated in the following point.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Power-Supply.it srl to this effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to

by email or fax, always sent within the aforementioned 10-day period and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent STRICTLY within 48 hours thereafter. Once we receive the aforementioned withdrawal communication, Power-Supply.it srl will promptly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received by Power-Supply.it srl within 10 days of authorization.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.); the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box, bearing the RMA number (return authorization code); the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases; by law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Power-Supply.it srl will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods in our warehouses), to allow him to promptly report the incident to the chosen courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request; Power-Supply.it srl is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original packaging is damaged, Power-Supply.it srl will deduct a percentage from the refund as a contribution to the restoration costs.
Subject to any restoration costs for damages to the original packaging, Power-Supply.it srl will refund the customer the amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the withdrawal request, through a refund procedure charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.
In this last case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund

The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Power-Supply.it srl verifies: the absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging.
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.); damage to the product for reasons other than its transportation.
In the event of the expiration of the right of withdrawal, "Power-Supply.it srl" will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs. The "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, present in multiple parts of our sales pages, is to be considered applicable according to the methods indicated by the above points.
All products sold by Power-Supply.it srl are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by a 12-month warranty (24 months for private individuals) for conformity defects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/02.
The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in accordance with the methods described in the documentation included inside the product packaging.
If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect should not be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Service, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by Power-Supply.it srl.
The 24-month warranty under Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to the product that presents a conformity defect, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as specified in the attached technical documentation. This warranty is reserved for private consumers (individuals who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of a conformity defect, Power-Supply.it srl will, at no cost to the customer, restore the product's conformity through repair/replacement or reduce the price until the contract is resolved. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not deemed a conformity defect under Legislative Decree 24/02, the customer will be charged any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transportation costs if incurred by Power-Supply.it srl.
Replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: non-functioning product upon delivery) only occur if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The replacement or eventual repair times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies. In the event that, for any reason, Power-Supply.it srl is unable to provide the customer with a warranty product (restored or replaced), it may, at its discretion, proceed with the refund of the entire amount paid or its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics. No damages can be claimed from Power-Supply.it srl for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements. In cases where the warranty requires the return of the product, the Customer must return it (at their own expense) in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.); to minimize damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; the application of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases.
The sales contract between the Customer and Power-Supply.it srl is considered concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of their municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Monza Court.
